I bought this 3 BHK apartment in Jain Glen Oaks for my parents who are living in Chennai. They needed a comfortable place with good amenities, and this project seemed suitable. The built-up area of the 3 BHK is around 1200 square feet, which gives them plenty of space. My mother is particularly happy about the gymnasium and the swimming pool. The location in Chennai South is convenient for them to access hospitals like Hindu Mission Hospital, which is less than 8 kilometeaway. My father mentioned the road access to the main areas could be a little better, but overall they are settling in well. Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd delivered this project back in January 2010.
