I opted for a 4 BHK, around 2395 to 2490 square feet, providing ample space. Jain Group has provided key amenities like 24x7 water supply and a gymnasium. The 24x7 security is also reassuring. The construction quality appearobust. My only hesitation is the traffic congestion on the main roads leading to this part of Newtown during rush hou, which could impact my commute.
