    We were tired of paying rent and decided to finally buy our own home. Jain Dream Eco City seemed like a good option in Bidhannagar, Durgapur. We chose a 2 BHK which is 880 Sq.ft built up. The location is decent, very close to Bidhannagar Hospital More, which is convenient. The project has a club house and a swimming pool, which are nice additions. It's ready to move, so we could shift in immediately. The price point felt a bit high compared to other projects in the vicinity, but the amenities and the ready-to-move status tipped the scale. We are still settling in but are hopeful it's a good long-term investment for us.
