Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd delivered a project that is ready to move, which simplified my transition. The location near Sreshta (1 min) and VPS LAKESHORE HOSPITAL (1 min) is incredibly convenient for emergencies or appointments. I appreciate the 24x7 security and the provision for power backup. The gym is a good facility to have within the premises. While the overall project is good, I find the finishing in the bathrooms a little basic.
