The main attraction was its proximity to schools like SSPE - Saveetha School Of Physical Education, which is just a 5-minute drive away. The developer, Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd, is offering various plot sizes, and we are looking at the larger ones, around 2596 Sq.ft. The project has a children's play area and a theme park, which the kids are very excited about. It's also good that there are expansive green spaces planned. The location in Chennai West is quite accessible, being close to the Kuthambakkam Bus Terminal and close to the Outer Ring Road. The construction is expected to finish by March 2026. Overall, it seems like a good place for families.

We liked that it's surrounded by top schools within 5 minutes, which is perfect for our kids. The location in Chennai West, Kuthambakkam, is developing nicely and it’s close to the Kuthambakkam Bus Terminal which is nearby. The developer, Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd, seems reliable. We are considering the plot area of 2596 Sq.ft. The only downside is that the Inner Ring Road (ORR) is also nearby, so getting to other parts of the city might take some time during peak houAlso, the price for the larger plots goes up to 1.09 Cr which was a bit more than we initially planned, but we feel it's a good investment for the future.
