Getting a good school nearby was our priority, and Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Senior Secondary School is nearby. We purchased a 3 BHK here which is 1250 sq.ft. Jain Aains Ashiana is ready to move, which suited our family needs perfectly. The construction is by Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd. We liked the spaciousness of the flat. The only drawback we have noticed is the traffic noise sometimes in the evening, as it's close to a main road. Also, the metro station is only nearby, which is convenient for us. The price was around 95 Lakhs.

It is ready to move which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. Location in Virugambakkam is quite central and commute to airport or central station takes about 20 minutes depending on traffic. The price for our unit was around 80 Lakhs. One thing that could be better is the visitor parking, it seems quite limited. We have 24x7 water supply and CCTV which gives some peace of mind.
