The built-up areas for 3 BHKs are quite generous, ranging from 1200 sq.ft to 1451 sq.ft, which means the kids will have enough room to play. Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd is developing this project in Manapakkam, Chennai South. The price goes up to 1.3 Crore, which is a big commitment, but the proximity to schools is important. Alandur Metro is nearby, making commuting easier. We are also looking forward to the children's play area and the swimming pool. The construction is ongoing and expected to be ready by July 2026. The space-optimized units are a good feature.
