It's ready to move in which was a big plus for us. The location in Sambhappa Colony is decent, close to the hospital which is a short distance. Also J. R. City High School is a short distance, so that’s convenient for the future. We are happy with the 24/7 water supply and the solid waste management system they have in place. The only downside is the traffic on the main road during peak houcan be a bit much, but that’s common everywhere in Dhule.
