I bought a 2 BHK here at Jai J B Villa, Pimple Nilakh, mainly for its investment potential. The area is developing and rental demand is usually good in Pimpri-Chinchwad. The built-up area of 820 sq.ft is standard for the price of 69.7 Lakh. Jai Bhavani Construction is the developer. While it's ready to move, I'm holding onto it for now. The proximity to the Mumbai Pune Expressway is a plus for connectivity. The main concern is that OC is not yet received, which can be a hurdle for some buyeHowever, for an investment purchase, it seems like a calculated risk given the location and price.
