We have finally decided to purchase our fit home at Jai Gurudeo Tower. Being teache, we were looking for a convenient location and found this project in Dighori, Nagpur. The proximity to Centre Point School Wardhaman Nagar - CBSE is excellent, nearby. Jai Gurudeo Infrastructure is the developer, and the project is under construction, with completion set for December 2028. We are opting for a 2 BHK apartment, and the 842 Sq.ft carpet area seems spacious enough for our growing family. The amenities like Street Lighting and Landscaping & Tree Planting will make the area pleasant. The Ring Road is also close by, which will help with commutes. My only worry is the potential traffic congestion on MH MSH9, as it's quite close. We are waiting for the final price details.

While the area is developing, the 60 Sq.ft carpet area for one of the 2 BHK options seems incredibly small and possibly unlivable. I need clarification on that particular unit. The lack of pricing information is also a hurdle for our budgeting.
