We recently visited Jai Govardhan Luxuriya and were impressed by its proximity to educational institutions. Having Baroda High School literally nearby is a major advantage for our children. The 3 BHK flat, with a carpet area of 834 sq.ft, seems well-designed, though perhaps a little compact for a family of four. We also liked the fact that Aadicura Supepeciality Hospital is also nearby, providing peace of mind. The developer, Jai Bhole Develope, has planned for solid waste management and has provided for internal roads and footpaths. The project is still under construction, with an estimated completion date of December 2029. The location in Haripura is generally good, but the construction dust at the moment is a bit botheome.
