  I was looking for a plot in Tiruchirappalli to build my own house. Jai Garden in Edumalai seemed like a good option. It’s ready to move, which means I don't have to wait long to start construction. The developer, Thiru M Mohamed Kamaludeen, has a reputation to uphold. I did notice that the area is not specified precisely and there are no details on amenities, which makes it hard to judge the full value. Also, the access road to the project could be better; it’s a bit narrow and dusty during the day. But being ready to move is the main attraction for me.
