We opted for the larger 3 BHK unit to ensure the children have enough space to study and play. The area around Patia is developing rapidly and having the Bhubaneswar Railway Station a short distance is a huge advantage for our weekend travel plans. Jagabandhu Construction Private Limited has been professional during our interaction regarding the payment schedule. The project includes car parking and basic security features which are necessary for any family. We are happy with our decision and waiting for the handover in August 2026. Everything seems to be moving as per the schedule provided to us at the time of booking.
