I finally decided to buy a flat in Jade County Phase 2. The location on NH24 in Wave City is quite convenient for my commute to Delhi. I looked at the 3 BHK which has a built-up area of 1297 Sq.ft, seems spacious enough for me and occasional guests. County Group seems to be a reliable developer. The amenities like the Yoga/Meditation Area and Gated Community are appealing. I am hoping the construction stays on schedule for the May 2025 completion. The only slight worry is how busy NH24 can get during peak hou, but the proximity to the expressways should help bypass some of that.
