    We were looking for a ready-to-move property in Nashik and J V Ferndale seemed like a good option. The location in Deolali Gaon is quite accessible, being a short distance both Nashik-Pune Road and Lam Road. That makes commuting fairly easy. The developer, J V Corp, has completed this project, which is a plus. We did notice that the closed car parking spots are a bit narrow; maneuvering a larger SUV might be a challenge. However, the landscaping and tree planting around the complex do give it a pleasant feel. We are still evaluating the final numbebut the completion date of December 2018 is confirmed.
