Location on Ajmer Road is convenient, close to Buniyaad School which is essential. The budget of around 60-65 Lakhs for this size felt reasonable compared to other options we saw in Narayan Vihar. Power backup is a crucial amenity for us, and they have that. However, the traffic on Ajmer Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider. Overall, a decent purchase for the price and immediate possession.
