I purchased a 778 Sq.ft 2 BHK flat for 42.79 Lakh. The ready-to-move aspect was crucial for me. It’s close to PARVATHY HOSPITAL, which is reassuring. The availability of a service lift is very helpful. My only reservation is that the price point feels a little high for the exact area, but the amenities and location make up for it. The Vastu compliance is a nice thought.
