We just put down our booking for a 4 BHK apartment in Ivory County Gold. The main reason we chose this project by County Group was the extensive list of amenities, especially the temperature-controlled pool and the cricket pitch. It's going to be great for weekends. The built-up area for the 4 BHK is substantial, starting from 3987 sq.ft. We're hoping construction stays on schedule for the November 2028 completion date. The Sector 115 location seems promising, and it's not too far from the Noida Sector 101 Metro Station, nearby. We did notice some dust on the site visit, which is expected for under-construction projects, but it's something to keep in mind.

While the price is on the higher side, touching 14.15 Crore for the bigger units, the quality of construction and the premium imported marble flooring mentioned in the brochure are attractive. The proximity to NH 66, nearby, is also convenient for travel.
