We were renting a small place and decided to upgrade to a 3 BHK in Ishwarya Nethaji Nagar. The 1145 square feet built-up area is a huge improvement. We paid approximately 40 Lakhs for it. The proximity to Ebenezer Modern Matriculation School, nearby, was a key factor for us. It's ready to move, which made the transition smooth. While the flat itself is good, the parking space is quite tight. If you have two vehicles, it can be a challenge. But for our needs, it is acceptable. The power backup is a great feature.
