The ample carpet area for the 3 BHK apartments, around 1461 to 1539 square feet, provides enough space for my family. I found the provision for power backup very important, ensuring continuity even during outages. The terrace garden with a gazebo sit out is a nice place to unwind. While the location is good, the traffic on Beed Bypass Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider.
