We bought a 2 BHK apartment, which has a decent carpet area of 698 Sq.ft. The kids love the idea of living so close to school. Ishanya BuildeAnd Developehave included 24x7 Water Supply and Storm Water Drains, which are essential. The building structure is also designed to be fire retardant. The only minor issue is the parking can feel a bit cramped if you have multiple vehicles.
