The area size is around 931 sq.ft. For the larger units, which is decent. The price range of 25.95 Lakh to 27.93 Lakh was acceptable. The proximity to Madhyamgram railway station, nearby, is beneficial for my team membewho use the train. The main concern is the traffic on Jessore Road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. Also, the building has only one lift, which might be an issue during busy times. But for the price, it’s a reasonable deal.
