The project is ready to move, which was important for me. I liked the landscaping and tree planting they have done. Also, the solid waste management system is a good initiative. The water conservation and rainwater harvesting features are also impressive. My children are happy that there is open parking available. The location in Moti Palace Township on the highway is decent, though sometimes the vehicle noise can be heard from the road.
