The construction by Irish Infrastructure Private Limited seems solid. We looked at a few other options but the amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool were a good draw. Parking is underground, which is a plus. The price was a bit on the higher side, around 1.5 Crore, but the convenience factor is high.
