My partner and I were looking for a modern apartment in Gurgaon and settled on Ireo Victory Valley. We love the club house and the swimming pool. The 2 BHK apartments, with built-up areas between 1435 and 2847 sq.ft, are perfect for us. The location near Golf Coue Extension Road is great, though getting to Sector 55-56 Metro Station takes nearby. The smart hot and cold air conditioning is a nice convenience. We purchased a unit for approximately 3 Crore. The only slight drawback is the parking; it can feel a bit congested when many residents park their caHowever, the 24x7 security and water supply are reliable.

It's a ready-to-move-in property, completed around May 2010. The location in Sector 67, off Golf Coue Extension Road, is quite premium. The price range is substantial, with units going up to 12.81 Crore. While the overall look and feel are luxurious, the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas can sometimes be an issue. Still, the potential for appreciation in this area is good.

As a single woman, safety and amenities were my top priorities when buying my fit apartment. Ireo Victory Valley has 24x7 security which gives me peace of mind. I chose a 2 BHK apartment, around 1500 sq.ft built-up, which is a comfortable size. The project offea gymnasium, spa, and multipurpose room, which are great for unwinding after work. The location is good, though sometimes the traffic on Golf Coue Extension Road can be frustrating. The price for my unit was about 2.8 Crore. I am happy with the overall build quality and the general maintenance of the common areas. The view from my apartment is also quite nice.

The size is substantial, starting from 2847 sq.ft, giving ample space. I was impressed by the panoramic city views from the iconic toweand the nearby fitness trail with therapy lounges. The developer, IREO Develope, has packed the project with amenities like a gym, spa, and indoor games. While the price point is high, ranging up to 12.81 Crore for the larger duplexes, the location and the lifestyle offering are excellent. The 3-side open villa-like apartments are also a unique feature.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place with good amenities. Ireo Victory Valley has been a good choice. I chose a 3 BHK apartment which is around 3000 sq.ft. The 7.4 acres of themed central valley is beautiful for morning walks. They have a senior citizen sit-out area which is thoughtful. The construction was completed in May 2010, so it's a well-established project. While the price for the larger units goes up to 12.81 Crore, my unit was within a reasonable budget for my retirement savings. The amphitheater is also a nice touch for community events. Finally bought my fit home at Ireo Victory Valley. The 2 BHK apartments are quite spacious, with built-up areas ranging from 1435 to 2847 sq.ft, which is more than enough for me. I really liked the beach-styled pool and the overall resort ambience they have created. It feels like a vacation spot right here in Gurgaon. The location on Golf Coue Extension Road is also convenient, close to schools and hospitals. The price was a bit higher than I initially planned, around 2.72 Crore, but I think the amenities and the overall quality of the project justify it. The developer, IREO Develope, seems to have put a lot of thought into the design.
