Moving to Chennai for work, and this project Irasi Imaiaham seemed like a good fit. The location in Korattur is quite convenient, close to Mugappair Road and Tirupati Road, which should make commuting easier. I liked that The Madras Medical Mission Hospital is only nearby, which is a big plus for me. I'm looking at a 2 BHK flat, the built-up area of 843 Sq.ft seems sufficient for one peon. The price around 84.3 Lakh is within my budget. Power backup is also a good feature to have. I'm hoping the construction dust isn't too bad during the remaining work phase.

I’m a bit concerned about the lack of OC received status, it’s usually a good indicator of readiness. The anti-termite treatment is a good detail to include though.

Also, Korattur Bus Terminus is very close at nearby. We are considering a 2 BHK with 843 Sq.ft built up. The price point of 84.3 Lakh is manageable. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential for us. We did notice that the roads around the project can get quite busy during peak hou, which is a bit of a worry for daily school runs.
