We bought a 3 BHK apartment in Invicon Silver Springs for our retirement. The flat size is around 1450 sq.ft, offering ample space. The jogging track and the swimming pool are great for staying active. Having visitor parking is also convenient when our children come to visit. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides a sense of security. My only minor issue is that the internal roads within the complex could be a bit wider; navigating them with larger vehicles feels a little tight. Otherwise, the landscaping is well-maintained and the atmosphere is peaceful.

I chose Invicon Silver Springs because of its excellent connectivity. Being on the Chennai Bypass Service Road means I can easily get to work and other parts of the city. My 600 sq.ft 1 BHK is cozy and has everything I need. The gymnasium is well-equipped, and I use it regularly. The fire fighting system and 24x7 water supply give me peace of mind. However, I do find the dust from the nearby highway a bit botheome sometimes, especially on my balcony. It requires frequent cleaning. The price was acceptable for the location and amenities.
