Being ready to move in was a major factor for me. The location in Sector 116, Mohali is promising. It's convenient that National Highway 95 is accessible. They have basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential. My only concern is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is quite noticeable. I am hoping this will settle down once more residents move in. The fire sprinkleare a good safety feature.
