We were drawn to the ready-to-move-in status and the June 2019 completion date. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex add a nice touch of greenery. Living near Kilpauk Metro Station, only 0.67 kilometeaway, makes commuting much easier. The security is good, and we appreciate the rain water harvesting system. However, the traffic on TayloRoad can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a nuisance when we need to go out. Despite this, the quietness inside the complex is a welcome relief.
