Infratech Gulmohar Villa's location is perfect, being just a minute from the hospital. The villa itself is a 3 BHK with 1225 square feet of built-up area, offering comfortable living space. I was impressed by the thoughtful landscaping and tree planting around the complex, making it feel quite serene. The club house facilities are also a good bonus. While the project is ready to move, the overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what I was looking for after long hospital shifts. We were tired of paying rent and decided to upgrade to our own place. Infratech Gulmohar Villa was recommended to us, and we liked the idea of a villa instead of an apartment. The 1225 square feet built-up area for the 3 BHK is significantly more space than we had before. Having a dedicated car parking spot is also a big relief. The developer, Infratech Real Estate Nagpur, has provided a good community with a gymnasium and club house. The proximity to schools and hospitals is a bonus for us. The only drawback we've noticed is that the traffic noise from the Aurangabad - Nagpur Road can be audible at times, especially during peak hou, which is a bit distracting when we are trying to relax.

The location in Ramdas Peth is quite convenient, especially with Somalwar Junior College and Somalwar High School just a minute away. That was a huge factor for us. The 1225 square feet built-up area for the 3 BHK villa is decent, giving us enough room to spread out. The swimming pool and gymnasium are nice additions for family time. However, parking can be a bit of a challenge during peak houwith the school traffic nearby. It's ready to move in, which is great, but we are still waiting for the final touches on some landscaping elements.
