The amenities provided, such as the society meeting hall and the tennis court, are great for community interaction. It is conveniently located near Academic Heights Public School, just 1 kilometer away, and very close to Medicover Hospitals. The ample water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems show a commitment to sustainability. The main drawback is the car parking space can feel a bit tight, especially for larger vehicles, but it is closed parking which is good. The area is developing well.
