The developer, Infocity Builde, has included a yoga/meditation area, which is perfect for our needs. The walking track is also very useful for our daily strolls. The location in Miyapur is peaceful, and it’s great that St. Martin's High School is only 500 meteaway, even though we don't have school-going children, it adds to the neighborhood's value. The price was around 1.3 Cr.
