We were looking for something closer to the airport for family visits and Indya SkyView View seemed like a good option. The 650 sq ft 2 BHK is compact but has a decent layout. We liked the gym and the swimming pool, which are well-maintained. The price point was within our budget, around 35 Lakh for the smaller unit. Getting to the airport is really quick, only nearby. The main concern for us is the road leading to the project; it gets quite dusty during dry weather and could be better. Overall, it's a decent place for the price, especially considering it's ready to move in.

After retiring, I sought a quiet and serene environment, and Indya SkyView View in Devanahalli delivered on that front. The landscaping and tree planting create a pleasant ambiance. I bought a 2 BHK, approximately 800 sq ft, for around 40 Lakh. The development is Vastu compliant, which was a peonal preference. The gymnasium and swimming pool are well-equipped and provide good recreational options. While the project itself is peaceful, the traffic on the main road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a minor inconvenience when travelling to the airport or city. Indya Estates has provided good basic amenities like lifts and fire fighting systems, ensuring safety and convenience for residents.

It's reassuring that the project offe24x7 security and power backup, important for elderly residents. The proximity to Akash Hospital, nearby, is also a major plus. The price range for these units goes up to 63.75 Lakh, which I found reasonable for a ready-to-move property in this location. My parents mentioned that the car parking can be a bit challenging to navigate, especially for visito, but they are adjusting. The overall atmosphere is calm and green, which they enjoy.

The location in Devanahalli is peaceful, away from the city hustle, and it's great that Akash International School is just a short walk away, perfect for our kids. The price of 55 Lakh was a stretch but manageable with our savings and a home loan. We were impressed by the landscaping and the clubhouse facilities. The only drawback we've noticed is that the power backup can be a bit slow to kick in during outages, which can be inconvenient.
