We decided on a plot in Industate because it's quite close to Divine Life International School, only nearby. This was a major factor for us as we have young children. The plot size we chose is 7103 Sq.ft and the total cost came to around 1.18 Crore. Bhikhubhai Popatbhai Gajera seems to be developing the area with basic amenities like storm water drains. It's still under construction, due for completion in December 2020. My only worry is that the Narolgam area can get a bit congested during peak hou, especially near the Narol-Shahwadi Road. However, the developer has assured us that internal roads will be well-maintained.
