    This is my very fit property purchase, and I picked Indus SOrchard Residences. It's ready to move, which made the process much simpler. I bought a 2 BHK flat, which is 1055 square feet, and it feels like a good size for starting out. The price was around 50.11 Lakh, which I found acceptable for Chennai West. The location is quite good, being a short distance Anna Nagar and close to Poonamallee High Road. Indus Foundations has provided basic amenities like a children's play area and a gymnasium, which are nice to have. My main concern is the dust from the ongoing construction on nearby plots, but I hope that settles down soon. The overall structure looks good though.

It’s also conveniently located off Poonamallee High Road, giving easy access to other parts of Chennai West. I chose a 2 BHK which is 1055 square feet, and it’s perfect for my needs. The project was completed in 2013, and it's ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle. The price was within my budget, around 50.11 Lakh. I appreciate the 24/7 security and the rainwater harvesting system. The only drawback is the noise from the nearby main road sometimes, but it's not too disruptive.

The price range of 50.11 Lakh to 70.25 Lakh was manageable for us, and the bank loan process was straightforward. Indus SOrchard Residences is in Chennai West, a short distance Anna Nagar, which is a good locality. We liked the gymnasium and the cycling track. The construction quality looks solid. The only thing is that the OC received status is not available, which makes us a little hesitant, but the builder Indus Foundations assured us it is processed. It feels like a good investment for us.

    I was looking for something ready to move and Indus SOrchard Residences fit the bill. Completed in 2013, it’s an older project but the price was quite reasonable for the location off Poonamallee High Road. My 2 BHK is 1055 square feet and feels quite spacious for my family. The kids play area is a nice touch, and having 24/7 security gives peace of mind. It's close to Velammal Vidyalaya which is convenient. The only slight issue is the traffic on Poonamallee High Road can be bad during peak hou, but that's common in Chennai. Overall, it’s a decent place for the money paid by Indus Foundations.
