This is my fit property purchase, and I went for a 4 BHK villa in Indus Palm Drive. The built-up area is 1570 Sq.ft, and the price was around 1.91 Cr. I was looking for a ready-to-move property, and this fit the bill. Indus Valley Buildcon seems to have decent amenities, including landscaping and tree planting, which makes the place look nice. The internal roads are well constructed. My main concern is that the OC received date is not available, which is a bit worrying for a new buyer. Also, the approach road could be better maintained. However, the price was attractive for a fit-time buyer.

I am buying this villa for my parents who live in Ghaziabad. Indus Palm Drive by Indus Valley Buildcon seemed like a good option because it's ready to move and has good amenities. They will appreciate the gymnasium and the manicured park with play equipment for walks. I looked at the 4 BHK villa, around 1600 Sq.ft, costing close to 2 Crore. The location in Ghukna is familiar to them. The only minor issue is that the Meerut Bypass can get busy, but they don't travel that way often. The solid waste management is also a good feature for the upkeep of the township.

We bought a 4 BHK villa with a built-up area of 1950 Sq.ft, costing around 2.40 Cr. The project by Indus Valley Buildcon offea gymnasium and a park with play equipment, which the kids are very excited about. The paved compound is safe for them to play around. The street lighting is also good. While the construction quality looks solid, the prices are at the higher end of our budget, but we feel it's worth it for the location and amenities.
