We needed a larger home and chose Indus Elite in Choolaimedu. The ready-to-move aspect was a major draw, and we were tired of paying rent. It’s great that it’s so close to Morning Star Matriculation Higher Secondary School; our kids can walk to school. The 24/7 water supply is a huge relief compared to our old rental. We also like that it's near major roads like Arcot Road and Nelson Manickam Road. However, the noise levels from the street can be a bit high at times, especially during the day. We are still settling in, but the initial experience has been positive. Indus Alliance Foundations built this project well.
