We needed a place with good proximity to schools, and Meridian School being nearby was a huge factor for us. Indu Fortune Fields The Annexe has a good children's play area which the kids love. We got a 3 BHK which is 1310 square feet, quite comfortable for our family. The community hall is also a nice touch for gatherings. Being a gated community adds to the safety. We moved in about six months ago, and the ready to move status was perfect for us. The overall construction quality seems solid. I haven't faced any major issues so far. The nearby hospitals are also a plus.
