    Bought a flat in Indraprasth Kadamb a few months ago. It is a ready to move project completed in December 2014. The area is quite good, near National Highway 8. My kids can easily go to DAV International School which is nearby. Shalby Hospital is also very close. The flat is spacious, 3000 square feet. The only issue is the traffic on Corporate Road during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes. Parking is sufficient though. The amenities like the club house and sports facility are decent. Overall, a good place to live if you can manage the occasional traffic.

    I recently moved into Indraprasth Kadamb. The 4 BHK, 3000 sq.ft. Apartment is quite large, perhaps a bit too much space for just me, but I needed a good location. It's right opposite Pinnacle Business Park on Corporate Road, making my commute easy. The project also has a sports facility and a tennis court, which I might use. It's a gated community, which provides a sense of security. The water supply is consistent. However, I am finding the parking a bit challenging when visitocome over, as it can get quite crowded. Also, the surrounding area is very busy, so there's constant traffic noise.

The location is excellent, near Corporate Road and the highway. It was completed in December 2014, so it's a ready to move property. I really appreciate the gated community aspect and the 24x7 water supply. The tennis court and sports facility are great additions. My parents are happy with the decision. The only small thing is that the building looks a bit older now since it's been a few yeasince completion, but everything seems well-maintained.
