We were looking for a modern apartment in a good location in Ahmedabad, and Indraprasth Greens caught our eye. The location near Shyamal is fantastic, close to everything. It’s a 3 BHK we considered, with carpet areas ranging from 945 to 1186 Sq.ft. The developer, Deep Group Of Companies, has put in a lot of amenities, like the cricket pitch, skating rink, and swimming pool. Having renowned schools and popular restaurants nearby is a big plus for us. We also liked the Majestic Central Courtyard and the overall green hues. However, the car parking situation seems a bit tight, especially if you have more than one vehicle, which is a minor concern for us. But the 24x7 water supply is a relief.

The 3 BHK apartment we saw had a carpet area of about 1100 sq.ft, which is spacious enough. The developer, Deep Group Of Companies, seems to have included many amenities like a gymnasium, swimming pool, and even a mini theatre, which is a great way to unwind. The proximity to Zydus School for Excellence is also a bonus. The only slight drawback is the noise from the nearby road, but we are hoping it reduces once the surrounding areas are more developed. The metro station is also quite close, which is good for commuting.

While the apartment is ready to move, the overall area development around Shyamal is still ongoing, which means some dust and construction noise can be expected at times. But the 24x7 water supply is a definite plus point for daily comfort. The cricket pitch and volleyball court are nice touches, though we don't use them much anymore.
