    I am purchasing this 3 BHK villa in Indra Vantage, Thrissur for my parents who live in Guruvayoor. Indraneelam Buildehas made it ready to move in, which is great as I don't want them to wait. The size is about 1534 Sq.ft, which is comfortable for them. The price of 69.03 Lakh was acceptable. I chose this project because it has 24x7 security and power backup, which are important for elderly residents. The Vastu compliance was also a requirement from my mother. The landscaping makes it a pleasant place to live. My only worry is if the maintenance staff will be responsive enough, but I will visit soon to check.
