We bought a 3 BHK unit, and the carpet area is quite spacious, between 684 and 726 square feet. This gives the kids enough room to play. The location in Asara Nagar, Ichalkaranji, is quite accessible. Indo Buildcon has delivered a ready-to-move property, so we could shift in without delay. The proximity to Nandadeep Eye Hospital Ichalkaranji, just a 4-minute drive away, is also reassuring. Parking can be a bit tight, especially if you have guests with ca, but we manage.
