The price range was between 6.34 Lakh and 11.25 Lakh, fitting our budget. It's located off the Warangal - Hyderabad Road, which is convenient for commuting. The project is ready to move, so we could see the actual construction. The only minor issue is that the area near Tudi Boy's Hostel can get a bit dusty due to the roadworks nearby. However, I did notice that the access road to the property, near Tudi Boy's Hostel, is quite narrow and could be a challenge for larger vehicles or during peak times. Parking within the row house itself might also be tight. I'm hoping these are minor issues that won't affect daily living too much.
