The fact that it's a gated community adds to the security feeling. The price point, starting at 26.72 L, is manageable for us with the bank loan we secured. The proximity to Ghatkesar Bus Stop, a short distance, is also convenient for daily commutes. We plan to build a 3 BHK house here.

It's a gated community which offesecurity. The price range of 26.72 L to 32.0 L was acceptable for my government salary. The location in Ghatkesar, East Hyderabad is convenient, being a short distance the Ghatkesar Bus Stop. They also have 24X7 water supply and electrification, which are essential. My only concern is the connectivity to the airport, Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is nearby, which might be a bit far for occasional travel. But for daily living, it's good.
