The apartment I saw was decent, though perhaps a bit on the smaller side for the price point, which I found a little concerning. We were looking for something ready to move in Ashok Nagar and found Indira Ashok Nagar. The location is pretty good, only close to the Ashok Nagar Metro Station which makes commuting easy. It's also very close to Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan school, which is convenient for us as we plan to start a family soon. We checked the construction quality and it seemed decent for its age, as it was completed back in 2011. The developer, Indira Foundations (P) Ltd, has been around for a while. One thing though, the roads around Sounderapandian Street can get a bit congested during peak hou, so that's a minor concern for us. We are still considering it seriously.
