The price was in the upper end of my budget, around 80 Lakhs, but the convenience of the location is undeniable. Being connected directly to Dwarka Expressway and NH 8 means I can get around the city easily. The gymnasium and swimming pool are great for unwinding after long hospital shifts. My only hesitation was the traffic noise from the expressway, which can be noticeable at times. The gated community aspect and 24x7 CCTV provide a good sense of security.

This is my fit property purchase and I was a bit nervous. Indiabulls Juventes caught my eye because it was ready to move. I went for a 2 BHK which is about 1600 sq.ft. The construction quality looks good, and the layout is quite practical. Being so close to Delhi Public School is a huge advantage for future planning. I paid about 75 Lakhs for my flat. The main concern for me is the dust on the Dwarka Expressway due to ongoing construction in the vicinity. Also, the parking space feels a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. However, the landscaping and tree planting does add some greenery around the complex.
