Indiabulls Centrum Park’s location on Dwarka Expressway, with THE SIGNATURE ADVANCED SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL nearby, was ideal. I opted for a 4 BHK, approximately 2500 square feet, which is more than enough space. The availability of a party hall and multipurpose room is a good bonus for social gatherings. The project is ready to move, which simplified my transition. The price range for these larger apartments does go up significantly, touching close to 5 Cr, but the convenience is hard to beat.

We chose Indiabulls Centrum Park because it's so close to Delhi Public School, literally nearby which is a huge relief. Our 4 BHK is quite large, over 2000 square feet, giving everyone enough peonal space. The gymnasium and jogging track are useful amenities for staying active. The apartment is ready to move in, which made our relocation much smoother. My only small complaint is that the road leading to the main Dwarka Expressway can get a bit dusty during dry spells, but it’s manageable. Overall, it’s a good place for families.

We just moved into our 3 BHK here at Indiabulls Centrum Park. The size is really good, ouis around 1700 square feet, which feels spacious enough for us and guests. Having the children's play area is great for when friends visit with their kids. The location on Dwarka Expressway is convenient for my commute to Cyber City, usually takes about 30 minutes depending on traffic. We liked that it's ready to move, so we didn't have to wait for construction. The developer, Indiabulls Estate, seems to have a good track record.
