The project's proximity to THE SIGNATURE ADVANCED SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL, nearby, was a critical factor for me. The price range for these larger units goes up to 5 Crore, which is a significant investment, but the quality and facilities seem to justify it. Indiabulls has a good track record.
