I am buying a flat in Indiabulls Central Park Vadodara for my parents who live in the city. The location in Makarpura is familiar to them and it’s close to the hospital. I chose a 3 BHK of 1530 Sq.ft, which should be comfortable. Since it is ready to move, they can shift in without any waiting period. The connectivity to Manjalpur is also good. I haven't visited peonally for a while, but based on photos and my parents' feedback, the construction quality looks solid. The only thing I wish was clearer is the maintenance charges, as my parents will be managing that. Indiabulls is a developer I trust for reliable delivery. The school nearby is a good landmark.

My only concern is the dust from nearby construction, which is quite common in Vadodara these days. I’m considering a 3 BHK apartment, measuring 1530 Sq.ft. It seems spacious enough. The fact that it's ready to move is a huge advantage for me as I don't want the hassle of construction delays. The location in Manjalpur is also convenient. I did notice quite a bit of traffic on the main road during peak hou, which might be a daily annoyance. However, the convenience of being so close to work and having a good size apartment outweighs that for now. Indiabulls is a known developer.
