Our 3 BHK apartment is quite large, at 1520 square feet, with plenty of space for our two children. The children's play area is a big hit with them. We also appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the overall security. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex feel green. Being ready to move was a major factor for us. The price range is acceptable, with our flat costing around 35 Lakh. The only downside we have noticed is that the road leading to the complex can be a bit narrow and congested during certain times of the day.

Being ready to move was a huge advantage for us. The location in East Hyderabad, near khairatabad, is convenient for daily needs. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the power backup, which is 100% within the apartment itself. The landscaping is also quite nice to walk through in the evenings. My only minor issue is that the traffic on the main road can get quite heavy during peak hou, making it a bit noisy sometimes. Otherwise, it’s a peaceful place.
